Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to making this website usable by everyone.

Our commitment
Apex One Technologies wants everyone to be able to use this website, regardless of ability or the technology they rely on. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time checkbox.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML with proper landmarks (header, navigation, main content, footer) on every page;
- A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page for keyboard and screen reader users;
- Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements when navigating by keyboard;
- A fully keyboard-operable navigation menu, including closing the mobile menu with the Escape key;
- Labeled form fields with clear required-field indicators, and form status messages announced to assistive technology;
- Respect for your system's reduced-motion preference — animations, particle effects, and live-updating elements are disabled when reduced motion is enabled;
- Decorative graphics marked so screen readers skip them, and meaningful graphics given text alternatives.
Known limitations
We believe in being honest about where we stand:
- Some visuals on the homepage (the animated dashboard preview and particle background) are decorative illustrations of our platform and are hidden from assistive technology rather than described in full;
- This website has not yet undergone a formal third-party accessibility audit. We test with keyboard navigation, browser tooling, and screen reader spot checks.
